Shipping cost within Australia is a flat rate of just $9.95, no matter how many items you purchase. A’sh Candles Sydney Byron Bay currently only accepts orders from Australia. We send all orders from our studio in Kingscliff within 1 – 3 business days. You should have your beautiful purchases in your hands within 5 to 7 business days following dispatch depending on your location. Areas outside major Australian cities please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. For remote areas please allow up to 14 days. If there are expected delays or an issue with sourcing stock, we will get in contact so you are up to speed with when to expect your item/s. Please email us if you haven’t received your item within the estimated time frame.
PLEASE NOTE: At certain times of the year, deliveries can take a little longer than normal so please be mindful of this when placing your order. We always err on the side of caution for ordering purposes and recommend any orders leading into Christmas are placed a few extra days earlier than normal to ensure the postman arrives in time.
For those outside of Australia: Our checkout doesn’t currently allow international orders, but if you get in touch with us at: [email protected] we’d be happy to help. Simply let us know what you’d like to purchase and where you’d like it sent and we can supply a quote for shipping. Payment for international orders is accepted via PayPal.
Returns: Change of Mind
We know that you will love your candle or diffuser, however in the unlikely event that you don’t feel that your chosen scent is quite right for you we are happy to exchange it for another of our beautiful scents. You are welcome to exchange any of our full priced items within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us first at: [email protected] so we know to expect your return. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for all shipping costs for returning your item. However, A’sh Candles will gladly cover the cost of sending your replacement product. When returning your candle or diffuser for an exchange please ensure that it is in brand new condition in the original packaging. Returns for exchange will not be accepted if damage is done to the product due to the customer not taking appropriate care in packaging when returning the product.
Returns: Faulty Items
A’sh Candles will only provide a refund of the purchase price where your product is faulty or has been damaged in transit. In this instance we ask that you please contact us at: [email protected] and provide a photograph of the product so that we may assess it. If it is deemed that a refund is appropriate it will be made within 48 hours. If you prefer to choose to have replacement product one will be shipped to you free of charge.
